The Netzium Commercial Pipeline will only contain projects that supply power to office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and other commercial properties, manufacturing facilities, refineries, and industries requiring reliable and cost-effective energy solutions.

This important category of consumer are regular users of large quantities of power. Commercial ventures are generally much less concentrated consumers of power and the power consumption is variable dependent on the time of day. Industrial consumers often have to keep operating in shifts overnight as well. So together the power consumption is well spread throughout the day.

However, this spread, of course, means we need to have storage facilities for power to supply businesses throughout the day.

The Commercial Pipeline will typically have a large number of medium scale projects within it and the rate of return will be fairly high as each individual consumer is smaller scale than a datacenter or national grid. Therefore, though the energy requirement may vary, the rewards may also be higher.
