The Netzium Residential Pipeline will contain projects that enable households to generate their own electricity, reducing reliance on the grid and promoting energy independence and sustainability

Residential power consumption is highly variable, with peaks in demand at certain times of day. Many houses are now fitted with solar panels and housing collectives across the world are increasingly building in their own micro-grids. All of these types of projects are suitable for inclusion within this pipeline.

The Residential Pipeline will typically have a very large number of small scale projects within it and the rate of return will be higher than other pipelines. However, the rate of usage may vary.
